REVIEWS FOR A LEGACY THROUGH TIME

"A LEGACY THROUGH TIME is a thrill ride through time from a modern-day, ghost-inhabited family homestead to a Civil War battleground!"
Karen Wiesner, author of MIRROR MIRROR

…This was a lovely time travel romance with a few funny ghosts! These characters had me laughing one minute, and a chill up my spine the next. The story was woven with humor and mystery, and sprinkled throughout with spirits. Add in the plot, and you have an entertaining read. Although there was no sex between the hero and heroine, the sexual tension was sizzling. If you love a romantic old fashion time travel romance, this is the read for you. A vow made by lovers haunts future generations… An intriguing pair of ghosts and other supernatural circumstances give this Civil-War based romance an interesting angle. Readers are taken on a trip back in time through the eyes of a modern-day couple and are given an insight into the conflict, with twentieth century knowledge. Medical practices and the slaughter of men are all seen as preventable by our heroes, but they are unable to do anything but watch events unfold because they do not wish to change the course of history. The development of romance and friction between the main characters is, for this reader, a little brief. Royal has become jaded with his inheritance, both the house and the legend. It is good to see Emma make him look at his good fortune through new eyes. Debbie Fritter places a modern day woman in some extraordinary circumstances and she must use all of her ingenuity to get through. Her strength of character is sure to take readers by surprise. A Legacy through Time is a well thought out tale, and it is obvious that the author has researched her time period thoroughly. Reviewed by: Naomi 4 Angels

I’m not normally a big fan of American Civil War stories but I was intrigued by A Legacy Through Time. I’m so glad I gave it a chance! There are some unforgettable characters within this book. Royal, who swears to never fall in love, yet he feels drawn to Emma. Emma, who's so determined to find out what happened to her aunt. Ms. Fritter creates a page-turner. You are compelled to find out what happens next. A Legacy Through Time is a time-travel novel that is definitely worth reading. Reviewed By Terez
